Reiki Courses Terms & Conditions.

  • To secure a place on one of our training courses, a £40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, through our website, via PayPal or debit/credit card. The remainder balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the course. Courses & workshops must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed with Elaine. These events are only open to attendees who have paid in full.

  • Payment of the course fee indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Course fees include all materials, use of equipment, refreshments and healthy snacks throughout the day. Lunch is not provided.

  • If you do not attend on the day of the course, due to cancelling or your inability to make the workshop, you are not automatically entitled to a refund and you do not have the right to move your place to an alternative date.

  • In exceptional circumstances, The Firefly Loft reserves the right to cancel the course/workshop in the case of insufficient numbers of students or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be made (or alternative date offered) but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred for travel, accommodation etc.

  • The Firefly Loft reserves the right to refuse training to anyone exhibiting aggressive behaviour towards the tutor or fellow students. In these rare instances, the student in question will be asked to leave the course. Fees are non-refundable.

  • By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you are in good health and have no contra indications that could prevent you completing your training. You will be asked to sign a health disclaimer on the day of the course.

Cancellation Policy (For All Treatments)

  • The Firefly Loft operates a strict 24 hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be liable for the full cost of the treatment.

  • Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) or cancelled due to late attendance by 10 minutes or more, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Late attendance will result in reduced treatment time.
