DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

We aim to get your order to you within 2-5 working days. Some of our products are made-to-order and may take a bit longer but, we’ll let you know if your delivery is affected. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

We may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

We currently deliver to addresses in the UK and Northern Ireland only.

Delivery charges will be added at checkout (unless you qualify for free home delivery). Shipping is either by Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or courier, dependent upon size and weight of the goods. All deliveries will require a signature on delivery and so at the time of ordering please advise of a delivery address where there will be someone available to accept the goods.

If Royal Mail/courier are unable to obtain a signature, a card will be left asking you to call to re-arrange delivery (cards left by the Post Office will ask you to collect from the nearest depot). Couriers will attempt to deliver parcels twice before returning the goods to us. There will be a further shipping charge to deliver the package again.

Delivery faqs

Can I add a different delivery address to my order?

Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in the UK that is different to your billing address. When you reach the 'Delivery Address' section of the checkout process, you can add a new address.

Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?

If you'd like to have multiple items sent to separate UK addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if applicable.

Do you deliver to Post Office boxes or BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses or temporary-residence addresses.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

If you are not there to receive and sign for your delivery, our delivery company will leave a card with a telephone number / website address for you to make alternative arrangements. If the delivery company is unsuccessful in delivering to you a second time, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative time for delivery.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us but if you’d like to return an item, it’s easy. You have fourteen days, from receipt of the goods, to notify us if you wish to refund an item.

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all original packaging. Do not destroy or dispose of any item, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

Returns can be made via Royal Mail.

  • Fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the delivery note.

  • Enclose the delivery note with the product, and package up securely in the original packaging.

  • Get in touch with us to obtain your return address.

  • Obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. Please keep this Certificate until you have received your refund.

We will confirm by email once we have safely received your parcel and a refund has been processed.  Returns are paid for by you.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing it. You will be refunded your total order value. The standard delivery cost will only be refunded should the entire order be returned (unless part or the entire order was faulty or incorrect). We reserve the right to wait for your goods to be returned before refunding you.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order if it has already been processed. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you wish to discuss the status of your order, please get in touch with us, quoting your order number.

My order is damaged - what should I do?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If any of the items are damaged, please contact us straight away, quoting your order number and listing the item(s) that have been damaged.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds can be requested by the person who originally placed the order and will be processed via the original payment method, within 3-5 days of us receiving the returned goods. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence it.

Can I exchange an order?

It’s not possible to exchange an item online. Please purchase any replacement items in a separate online order, then return your initial order for a refund.

Can I exchange an order I received as a gift?

If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase, via the original payment method, in the event that the order is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift when the order is returned by post.
