Awaken The Senses Workshop

Join us for this beautiful workshop centred around the five senses: sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, reminding us what makes us feel alive, stimulated and recharged as we actively engage with the world through sensory perceptions.
The schedule includes:
Heart opening cacao
Working with positive affirmations
Guided tapping exercise
Beautiful guided meditation
Reiki and tuning forks
Creative mindfulness session - creating your own Aromatherapy rollerball (which you can take home with you)
We are delighted to be joined by Sam Hopes (@hopeshypnotherapy) for the tapping, breathwork and guided meditation.
When and where?
Saturday 24th May 2025 from 2pm-5pm at The Lake House, Ashford, Kent.
The workshop costs £49 per person. Refreshments and cake will be provided.
