Solstice Magic - Saturday 21st December in Ashford
I am delighted to be collaborating with 3 wonderful practitioners to celebrate Winter Solstice!
The run up to Christmas can be super busy and stressful, so what better way to take some time out and acknowledge the arrival of the Winter Solstice with this beautiful event?
We will be offering Yin Yoga and a Sound Bath, followed by Meditation and Reiki. In the final part of the morning, we will be tapping in to your creative skills as you make your own aromatherapy rollerball using pure essential oils (which you can take home with you) whilst you indulge in refreshments and mince pies. A treat for you or a Christmas gift for someone else!
